Non-Litigation Counsel - Products Liability Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Attorney to join our national counsel products liability team in handling product liability matters. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance and support to our company in regards to product liability claims and other related issues.

Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on product liability mattersConduct legal research to stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations related to product liabilityManage and oversee product liability claims and litigationDevelop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to product liability claimsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and effective response to product liability claimsProvide training and guidance to internal teams on product liability issuesQualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California Bar in the state of practiceMinimum of 3 years of experience in product liability lawStrong knowledge of product liability laws and regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
