Associate Attorney - Employment Law (Plaintiff) Position Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on employment law matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs. Participate in settlement negotiations and represent clients in hearings and trials. Advise clients on potential risks and provide guidance on best practices for compliance with employment laws. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation of clients. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and provide training and education to clients to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of California. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing employment law. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Prior experience representing plaintiffs in employment law cases. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
