Audio Visual Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all AV and technology equipment in conference rooms are functioning and ready before scheduled meetings (e.g., computers, displays, codecs, etc.
).Conducting daily checks of conference rooms to verify equipment functionality, coordinating with vendors or the Technology team for repairs/maintenance as needed.Operating conference room equipment when necessary, such as initiating video conference calls, adjusting camera/microphone settings, performing live switching, and managing presentations.Monitoring the conference room scheduling system to ensure technology inventory meets meeting requirements and resolving any conflicts with a supervisor.Providing end-user technical support, including laptop connectivity, docking, printing, and display issues.Protecting and maintaining sensitive, confidential, financial, and proprietary information. We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have knowledge of PC and MAC technology support as it relates to AV and videoconferencing.Are familiar with the technologies, techniques, and equipment used for high-quality videoconferencing, audio conferencing, projection, and other meeting support technologies (e.g., control systems, video systems, audio conference phones, microphones, projectors, speakers).Have experience working with IT and networking products. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.Associate degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.Certifications from manufacturers (e.g., Extron or Crestron) or industry organizations (e.g., AVIXA, CTS) are preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in technology support and audiovisual with PC hardware/software.
