Job Description The Audiovisual Specialist will provide onsite support to a Federal Government Agency in Washington DC.
This role provide support for audiovisual (AV) technology, including maintain, troubleshoot, and repair as well as prepare and maintain relevant records.
Responsibilities Support users for with audiovisual (AV) equipmentSets up and calibrates equipment for useIdentifies causes for AV problems and partners with client to resolve the issuesOperates equipment as needed for various meetings and eventsProvides instructions for the operation of equipment to non-AV employees Delivers excellent customer support to AV usersPerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications Must have experience with Crestron Flex, preferably in a Microsoft environment; Crestron Mercury; and Pexip VTC
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee will operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with end-users, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Work Environment Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead waist level from floor), bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use, frequently fast paced environment.
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000k (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.
