Audit Associate - One of the top firms in the Philadelphia area!
Role: As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing financial statements and internal controls of a company or organization. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
Responsibilities: Conducting and managing audit engagements for various clients, including planning, executing, and completing the audit process.Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards.Assessing internal controls and identifying areas of improvement to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.Providing expertise and guidance on technical accounting issues and complex transactions.Collaborating with clients and colleagues to effectively communicate audit findings, recommendations, and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA or working towards CPA certification is preferred.Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.Compensation: $60-80k
