Position Overview
The Audit Partner will lead our audit practice, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting and auditing standards, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the audit practice, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored audit solutions.Oversee the planning and execution of audits to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with informed advice and insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit or assurance services, with a proven track record in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Competitive Base Salary ($150,000-$200,000)
