Responsibilities
• Evaluate work performed by other associates• Assist in training and development of other associates• Participate in special projects• Prepare detailed work papers and present findings• Analyze and interpret data with recommendations• Perform all duties of lower level positions as directed• Participate in development of standard operating procedures• Enhance quality, efficiency, and training• Mentor less experienced associates• Perform supervisory review of cost reports and audits
Requirements
• BA/BS and minimum 8 years of audit/reimbursement or related Medicare experience• Foreign national applicants must meet residency requirement• Preferred: Accounting degree, knowledge of CMS regulations and cost report format, knowledge of CMS computer systems and Microsoft Office• Preferred: MBA, CPA, CIA, or CFE• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred• Valid driver's license and ability to travel may be required
