Work on high-quality audits and reviews of financial statements through all stages of an engagement, including planning and fieldwork, while working in a variety of industries with publicly traded and privately owned clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients while collaborating on the impact of the latest accounting standards, as well as a resource and mentor for other audit team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Audit of financial statements including, but not limited to: auditing cash, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, income expense analysis etcetera Assists on special projects (i.e.
due diligence or mergers and acquisitions) Works to develop better skills through reading, training seminars, CPE and accepting challenging engagements/projects Research technical issues Effectively explains engagement objectives and related technical issues Understands and applies all work procedures Identifies the need for and seeks guidance to assist in resolution of technical issues Acquires and maintains awareness of general business trends and issues, and applies knowledge to client issues and solutions Identifies and communicates issues and ideas with client and/or in-charge Communicates with team members as to the status of engagements/projects Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in accounting 2+ Years of progressively challenging public accounting experience CPA licensure or actively working towards CPA licensure Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Solid knowledge of Internal Revenue Code Ability to reason intelligently and use sound judgment Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines Strong attention to details Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work from home
