Responsibilities: Lead audit strategies by defining scope and leveraging automation for efficient, high-quality audits.Utilize product, business, and technical expertise to challenge management and improve control environments.Evaluate business processes and controls, providing recommendations on severity ratings.Collaborate on audit reports and share findings with business leaders.Mentor peers and teams, fostering an inclusive work environment.Build relationships with business partners to enhance knowledge and support audit activities.Utilize innovative tools for efficient audit processes.Required Skills: Experience in Investment Banking is non-negotiable Internal Audit, Issue & Risk Management, Audit PlanningExperience with Global Markets and FICCTrading Desk knowledge (nice to have)Experience leading 2+ audit missionsAnalytical Thinking, Project Management, AutomationProficiency in SQL, SAS, Excel, and AccessStrong business acumen, relationship building, and coaching abilitiesCritical thinking and excellent written communication skillsCPA preferred; advanced degree requiredPreferred Experience: Familiarity with global markets, trading, hedging strategies, and regulatory landscape
