As an Auditor, you will work with a variety of associates and leaders throughout the organization at CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) and CarMax to assess the Company's compliance.Work Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Kennesaw, GA CAF location and have a Hybrid work arrangementWork Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.What you'll do – Essential ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of company operational regulatory compliance audits.
Perform testing of company processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in a complex multi-state environment.
Assist in the development of value-added services (i.e.
process improvements and best practice policies) for different operational areas, with guidance from other Compliance Associates and Mangers.
Assist in gathering and testing documentation required for compliance audits, services provider compliance audits, CarMax product reviews, store audits, external examinations, conduit banks reviews, and securitization parties – all within the scope of operational regulatory compliance.Perform and ensure execution of other administrative tasks/projects as assigned.Improve customer experience with every interactionIntegrity is a foundational CarMax value that CarMax Compliance Services Audit is uniquely positioned to champion by assuring honesty and transparency in every interaction.
With your background, you will help us continue to build a compliance audit function that uses a strong analytical mindset, data analysis techniques, curiosity, accountability, teamwork, and strong communication skills to ensure our organization offers an iconic customer experience in every transaction.Qualifications and requirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 1-2 years of audit, auto finance operations, or compliance experience or 5+ years relevant formal compliance or audit experience in lieu of a degree.
CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
Strong background in internal controls and compliance.
