Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.

* What You'll Be Doing: Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
We're Looking for Someone With: ?
A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree in a human services area preferred).
?
Comfort working with children.
?
The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
?
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
?
Reliable transportation.
?
Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
At Helping Hands Family, we offer:
- Pay rate of $18-22/hr.
- 20% pay differential for client facing sessions that go past 6 pm or for Saturday sessions.
