Overview:
Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) provide 1-on-1 care to children with autism through ABA behavior interventions.
Behavior techs provide services in our clinics, family homes, and the community.
An RBT works alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will create the therapy plan and monitor progress.

HHF provides personalized, play-based autism services, utilizing ABA therapy for children typically ages 2 to 10.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a practice to help children with autism, reach developmental milestones, improve communication, and grow socially.

Responsibilities: Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
Manageable case load Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
Establish a relationship with the client to assess interests and motivators to effectively implement the behavior plan.
Accurately collect unbiased behavior data during sessions.
Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
Communicate proactively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors to support the clients needs.
Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM Saturday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM; vary depending on the clinic.
Employee Availability Policy: Full-time employees: Must be available during all clinic operating hours.
Part-time employees: Hours will be set within the clinic operating hours accordingly.
Qualifications: ?
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelors degree in a human services area preferred).
? Being comfortable working with children.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
? Ability to lift 50 pounds.
? Strong communication skills for speaking with clients families and writing session notes.
? Confident interpersonal skills for interactions with the clients families.
? Complete company provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam (within 90-days after hire).
? Reliable transportation (valid drivers license preferred).
? 1 year of experience working with children is preferred but not required.
