We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Autism Behavior Specialists.
As an Autism Behavior Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism reach their full potential.
In this position, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will focus on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing interfering behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.
The ability to work well in a team, along with patience and compassion, are essential qualities for this role.
Comprehensive training will be provided, even if you do not have prior experience.
Given the nature of working with children, physical activity is required, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
