\n Responsibilities as an ABA Therapist: Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistencyProvide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client What you need: At least 1 year of ABA experience A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance Bilingual skills a plus but not required Must have own reliable transportation Background check Available in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus) Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) is a PLUS!
