Responsibilities – Auto Body Collision Shop General Manager:
Oversee collision repairs, employees, and daily body shop operations
Coordinate daily collision repair production to meet deadlines and maintain strict quality standards.
Hire, manage and schedule work for body shop employees
Appraise auto body damage, writes cost estimate for repair
Check quality of completed work
Maximize profit, control expenses
Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies.
Maintains shop equipment in good working condition
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Auto Body Collision Shop General Manager:
Required: Auto body/collision shop repair tech/general manager experience
Thorough knowledge of collision repair process including quality standards
Good leadership, computer, communication, and customer service skills
Team builder with ability to motivate staff to achieve goals
A positive attitude and good work ethic
