Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.Consult with customers on applicable service specials.Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changesRemain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressedProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experienceBuild strong relationships with the customers
Requirements - Service Advisor:
Recent Service Advisor Experience PreferredVerifiable CSI, Sales Records, and Job HistoryGenuine desire to serveCollege Associate/Bachelors degree is preferredFriendly and outgoing personalityKnowledge of clerical and administrative proceduresKnowledge of customer service practices and principlesGood communications skills and professional personal presentationAbility to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environmentResume must be uploaded and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current residentMust pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
