We offer: $80,000+ opportunity!Health, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee discountsA career where your efforts are appreciated and rewardedState-of-the-art facilityMultiple bays availableOpportunity for advancement Responsibilities Service Dispatcher: Organize and control the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely mannerWork closely with the Service Manager daily to ensure processes are being followed by the team to maximize shop flow and profitabilityImplement and maintain an effective dispatch systemSchedule shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level requiredEnsure proper repair order documentation, i.e., complaint, cause, and correction noted on every repair order with punch time for each operationMaintain an organized and up-to-date repair logPrepare a list of needed service department equipment, supplies, and required repairs, and reviews it with the Service Manager as neededAdvise the Fixed Operation Manager of repetitive shortages so that corrective action can be takenEnsure that Technicians follow warranty material disposition proceduresUnderstand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.Maintain a professional appearance for self and subordinates in accordance with company policyOther tasks as assigned
Qualifications Service Dispatcher:
Automotive Service Dispatcher, Service Advisor or Technician experience is required with a proven track record.KIA experience preferredMust be able to run dispatch at high-volume service departmentMust be able to coordinate with Shop Foreman Capable of working independently as well as in a teamOrganized and friendly personality with good customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to manage othersTime management skillsHigh school or equivalentPlease upload your resume, Completing the online assessment will grant you priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
