We are seeking an Automation Consultant (all genders) - Region US/NA with a passion for helping customers embark on their automation journey. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with customers, guiding them through the evaluation of their specific needs and advising on possible applications and achievable results using our platform. You will be a key link between marketing, sales, and engineering, working together to set up and support the platform for new customers and ensure they fully understand and leverage its potential. Your ability to communicate the vision of automation, while ensuring smooth implementations, will play a critical role in customer success.Collaborate with customers to evaluate their specific requirements, identify potential automation opportunities, and provide advice on achievable value.Master and maintain deep product knowledge, including integrations, to effectively guide customers through the setup and deployment process.Assist new customers with platform setup and POC guidance, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge for a successful implementation and smooth transition to our Customer Success Team.Serve as a key technical advisor, delivering tailored solutions and answering detailed technical questions related to the integration of our automation platform in diverse IT environments.Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, ensuring all teams are aligned in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Share insights and feedback gained from customer engagements with internal teams to help refine and improve our offerings.Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and other industry gatherings, both in person and virtually, showcasing the benefits of our automation platform.Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with customers to define and achieve their automation goals.Deep technical understanding of automation tools, platforms, and IT environments, with a talent for translating complex solutions into clear value for customers.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying the vision of an automation journey in a way that inspires customers and drives adoption.Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.Join us in driving automation success for our customers by bridging the gap between innovative technology and business value.ScriptRunner Software GmbH, Germany, provides the #1 automation solution for managing IT infrastructure with PowerShell.
