Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a skilled team of control engineers in the development of custom parcel handling equipment. Ensure flawless project execution from concept through completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and architectural standards. Excel in system design and development, with a strong emphasis on practical application and operational functionality. Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee that all solutions robustly address the end-user's needs. Working with customers to understand requirements for design and quoting Architect Beckhoff and Rockwell Controls Systems 6 Direct Reports Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years in electrical controls development Rockwell Allen Bradley. 2+ years of team lead or Supervisory experience of control projects Rockwell and Beckhoff Control systems Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Experience with Amazon Control Systems preferred
