Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift starting at 7am with weekend on call rotation.

The core responsibility of this role is to uphold production and quality standards by guaranteeing the smooth operation of machinery. This involves engaging in projects that encompass design, programming, testing, and commissioning control programs within an automated material handling setting, with a focus on Energy Conservation. Additional duties include the electrical debugging and repair of current equipment.
Responsibilities Support Development of effective PM Tasks. Perform Preventative Maintenance as scheduled and as needed. Determine if machines need to be taken out of production for repairs or service. Prioritize work when more than one issue needs addressed at a time. Take an active role in the requisitioning of parts/materials necessary for the continued operation of the plant. Communicate Maintenance issues with other shifts to ensure continuity of operation. Communicate via email as needed. Read and understand standard electrical schematics and be skilled in troubleshooting control systems during start-up and debug. Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate various detectors, alarms, analyzers, and sensors for flow, level, pressure, and other process elements such as temperature. Repair and/or replace instrumentation equipment as needed. Revise and update associated documentation. Assist in monitoring process control systems using diagnostic software. Update software and data based on operational and maintenance needs. Maintain and update panels, PLCs, and related input and output equipment. Performs Inspection and Maintenance checks on all control systems. Monitor electrical consumption and recommends electrical cost-efficient methods of equipment operation. Assist mechanical maintenance personnel with electrical troubleshooting expertise. Qualifications Education: Formal training in automation controls Required: Must be familiar with Allen Bradley and FT View development HMI applications. Must be proficient with PLC networking configurations for Ethernet. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Preferred:
