Title: Automation with PBM Experience (Remote) Location: Remote Required Qualifications: Lead Quality Engineer with a managerial background to oversee and enhance the quality of our software solutions within the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.
With a focus on Core Java and Webservices (SOAP and RESTful), the ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Primary Skills: Must have Pharmacy Benefit Management Experience with Automation Experience. Role and Responsibilities: Should have at least 13+ years as Lead Quality Engineer to manage large teams. Experience in coordinating with multiple cross functional development teams in gathering requirements. Experience in building products and decomp. Knowledge in Agile Product Management Should have worked in Scrum. Must have strong communication skills. Applications will be accepted until 05/27/2024 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
