We are seeking a Client Care Specialist who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our Sales BDC full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to internet leads in a prompt and professional manner in an effort to schedule sales appointments Receive inbound sales calls using a call guide in an effort to schedule sales appointments Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients via phone, text, email, and video while keeping an accurate database Conduct equity mining to target clients who may be eligible to upgrade their vehicle Assist the dealership in achieving its monthly sales objectives Must be available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays Job Qualifications:
