Job Summary:
The Automotive Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers at Blake Fulenwider CDJ - Clyde, providing exceptional service and promoting a positive customer experience. This individual will work full time in the automotive industry, handling customer inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, and assisting with vehicle purchases. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist with vehicle purchases, including arranging test drives and completing paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer profiles as needed
- Follow up with customers after service or purchases to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Continuously build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
