The Opportunity The Corporate Finance and Insurance Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive finance and insurance programs that align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance product offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities Work closely with the General Managers, Finance Directors and Finance Managers to facilitate a formal training plan. Analyze each dealership's performance reports and create a training plan, and schedule, to address identified opportunities for growth or improved performance. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring best practices are followed. Develop and manage finance and insurance programs that meet the needs of customers and align with corporate objectives. Deliver training using a variety of methods, including, providing training material. Follow-up on performance of action plans with General Managers, General Sales Managers and Finance Managers as appropriate. Liaise with other Leader Automotive Training and Development Specialists across the country sharing best practices and business insights. Liaise with Finance Directors within your region including hosting monthly and/or quarterly Finance Director meetings focused on performance, strategy, and train-the-trainer sessions. Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other key partners. Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction in finance and insurance processes. Assist with general inquires related to F&I at the dealership level. Be a subject matter expert as it relates to F&I products. Your Capabilities and Credentials 5+ years of experience in automotive finance and insurance, with a strong understanding of F&I products and compliance. Experience overseeing multiple rooftops Previous experience working closely with GM's and GSM's Proven F&I averages and penetration rates, as well as consistently above averageNPS/CSI scores. High energy and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated passion for winning and achieving goals, both individually and as part of a team. Exceptional communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with a keen ability to prioritize. Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate progress). Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Familiar with training, course design, development, and evaluation. Strong time management, prioritization, and independent problem-solving skills. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to influence. Previously completed training courses/experience would be considered an asset. Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a safe driving record.
