Automotive Dealership Controller Location Troy, MI : Company Overview: We are a leading automotive dealership group with a strong presence in West Michigan. With a commitment to excellence, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and a rewarding work environment for our team members. : We are seeking a talented and experienced Dealership Controller to oversee the financial operations of four dealership locations from a central office location in Grand Haven, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive dealership accounting and finance, with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously from a central office location.
Responsibilities:
Manage the financial operations of four dealerships from a central office location, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred CPA or CMA certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dealership accounting preferred Strong understanding of dealership accounting principles and practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to travel to dealership locations as needed
