We are looking for a driven F&I Producer to join us in supporting our sales staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.Responsibilities Responsibilities:Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to create a base of referrals to establish a strong customer network Selling finance & insurance products to customers Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely mannerMaintain F&I income at acceptable levels Must adhere to the MPP Package Sell presentation Adhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profit Educate customers on viewpoint surveysMaintain CIT's to a minimum (preferably zero)Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basisQualifications: Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses): Prior auto finance experience 1 year preferred Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP)Desk deals for sales professionals when needed and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representativesUnderstand tag and title laws; DMV; secondary loans; bankers Professional appearance and work ethic All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen Benefits:Fast paced work environment Paid training and development Career growth opportunities Medical and dental coverage available after 2 month period Paid vacation 401(k) Apply if you've had experience in the following areas: F&I Producer, F&I Manager, Automotive Finance Producer, ADP, Banks, Lenders,, Finance, Insurance, Tag, Title, DMV, Accounts Executive, Commissioned Sales, Auto Sales, Car Sales or Consultant, Sales Management, Auto Business, Operations.
