Local Oshkosh company looking for experienced Body Technician/Painter to join their team! Must have experience in Auto Painting, Airless Spraying and OEM. Key Responsibilities:
- Spray paint, primer, clear coats, and sealers per OEM specifications
- Use hand and power tools to prep components for painting
- Repair defects in painted parts, vehicles, and components
- Perform fiberglass repair, structural and panel repairs, and dent and surface repairs
- Maintain a clean work environment and complete data and information sheets per company policy
- Transport trucks, parts, and components to and from designated areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of manufacturer repair processes and adherence to OEM guidelines
- Ability to differentiate shades of paint colors and evenly apply primer and paint
- Basic computer skills
- Capability to push/pull a cart or dolly, perform safe lifting, and individually lift and manipulate parts/components weighing up to 50 pounds
- Awareness of hazardous materials near or around the work area
