Automotive Sales Bdc Coordinator

Northridge Toyota is looking to add a BDC Coordinator to our Sales team! The BDC Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the Business Development Center (BDC) operations to maximize sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and complete information. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize opportunities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. Monitor and report on BDC performance metrics. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
