We are looking for Individuals with One Year or more SALES experience in ANY industry. Excellent training provided. If you have experience in Retail sales, Insurance, and Real Estate, to name a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and at home.Benefits$60,000 to $100,000+ Annual Earning PotentialBi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly CommissionPaid TrainingSales Recognition ProgramCareer AdvancementStart earning PTO on your 1st day of employment.401(K) and profit sharingExcellent Health, Vision, and Dental InsurancePaid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with each customer to determine their vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of company vehicles and competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.RequirementsOne year of Sales experience in ANY industry (REQUIRED)An energetic and outgoing 'people person that's motivated to succeed.Consistent employment historyExcellent communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearanceHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be authorized to work in the USA.Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.Must have a valid driver's license.Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
