Automotive Sales Manager

The Bill Dodge Auto Group is looking to add a Sales Manager to its team.This individual would be joining the sales teams of Bill Dodge Infiniti and Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook.The right candidate will have a professional attitude, a willingness to work with all employees from various departments, and a desire to deliver a high-quality experience to every customer.
This position is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated and driven to succeed. The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the Automotive industry with at least one of those years serving as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager.
Estimated Salary: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
As a sales manager you will be responsible for encouraging the success and development of your sales team while driving customer satisfaction, achieving forecasts and goals, while being a champion for the company's values and mission statement. A drive to learn and succeed is essential.
This person should have recent, verifiable experience, and should be able to demonstrate an understanding of an automotive sales process, vehicle acquisition, and use of dealership and appraisal software systems. The ability to adapt to changing economic conditions and flexibility in how business is conducted is also important.
