Automotive Service Scheduler/Advisor

MOUNTAIN CHEVROLET SERVICE SCHEDULER NEEDED!

Daily Responsibilities:
Assist customers calling in to schedule service appointments
Check in service vehicles upon arrival
Work with manufacturer and dealer data base to call out to customers due for service intervals and requirements
Assist the service advisors with customer status updates
Keep customer records up to date in CRM

You are qualified if:
You have at least 1 year customer service experience, prior automotive experience a plus
You can handle a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
Bilingual preferred
You possess the ability to work both independently and with a team
You have excellent communication skills
You have the eagerness to learn and grow
You have good computer skills; Xtime and Dealertrack experience a huge plus
Your appearance is professional and have a good work ethic
