\n ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Setup:Install and configure AV systems, including projectors, screens, audio systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure installations meet specifications and quality standards.Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems in a timely manner.Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing AV equipment.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of systems post-installation to ensure functionality and performance.Provide clients with training on system operation and best practices.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.Provide feedback and insights to project managers on project progress and client satisfaction.
