HOW AN AVAILABILITY MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.Responsible for overseeing all Eagle Alliance provided IT services, ensuring they remain available to the client at all times. This includes desktop, server, network, telephony, and cloud-based services. In the event of a service outage, you will ensure service is restored as fast as possible.Coordinating with multiple teams, including high-level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership.This role requires high-level, time-sensitive decision making while supporting a high-profile large Government client.Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed to ensure similar outages do not re-occur.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Required Experience: 3+ years of related experienceSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/PolyRequired Skills and Abilities: Communication, customer service, and problem solvingPreferred Skills: Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
