Avp/Vp Casualty Underwriter

JCW is currently working on behalf of a growing specialty insurer that's looking to hire an AVP/VP Casualty Underwriter.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing casualty insurance accounts, assessing risks, and making underwriting decisions to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal casualty insurance policies.Develop and implement underwriting strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.Mentor and guide junior underwriters. Qualifications: 8+ years in casualty underwriting with a proven track record.
