Join our team as a Night Awake Residential Counselor (3rd Shift) in Bennington, Vermont, and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our youth during their sleeping hours. Responsibilities: full job description available at time of interview


Provide attentive supervision and support to youth during their sleeping hours.
Model appropriate behavior and guide students in navigating challenges.
Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a nurturing environment for our youth.




Requirements:


High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and a minimum age of 21.
Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
Preferred previous experience working with at-risk adolescents.
