We don't just build technology. We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer. The Axis Project Manager supports the Axis implementation team by interfacing with other project managers, technical resources, and customers to coordinate delivery of Customer and Internal cloud projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget.
This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various teams, functions, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should plan and manage cloud-based projects from start to finish, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop detailed project plans and timelines, and coordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors, and customers.
Responsibilities:Ensure cloud services' activities are completed in support of customer onboarding.
Common activities include managing weekly deployment meetings, coordinating operations resources and schedules, and ensuring activities are completed and documented.
Create and report against KPIs.
Administer change management activities.
Ensure change requests are submitted and approved by applicable teams.
Manage customer communication in support of change management policies.
Manage compliance and quality documents.
Understand and manage against internal compliance processes and policies to include periodic documentation updates indicating operational compliance.
Work with technical resources to gather and document operational activities including backups, security, and systems administration.
Validate and test plan for new products.
Manage reports by generating and delivering customer-facing reports as committed and systems reports that indicate performance and systems usage.
Manage internal projects.
Coordinate with other project managers for wider software delivery.
What you'll bring:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
5+ years' experience working in a technology-driven group (e.g. operations, systems administration, or networking).
Technical familiarity with hosted environments, data centers, and data processing environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments; Azure preferred.
Expert in BI, Excel, and ITIL.
Understanding of alerting and monitoring platforms.
Understanding of ITIL concept.
Understanding of Technical Project Delivery.

The US base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $123,000.
