B Auditor

Job summary
The 340B Auditor is responsible for auditing and monitoring the 340B Drug Discount Program for compliance with federal requirements/guidelines.The auditor will perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to verify adherence with 340B Program regulations.Collaboration with other 340B staff and assisting with external audits is required.

Responsibilities
• Monitor 340B compliance and implement HRSA's Office of Pharmacy Affairs guidance.• Review and audit clinic-administered medications, split-billing software, manual methods, and outpatient prescriptions.• Assess patient eligibility, assist with external audits, and upload data to software systems.• Create and execute 340B audits, report findings through appropriate channels, and assist with special projects.
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED required, with a preferred 2-year degree in Business, IT/Analytics, Pharmacy, or related field.• Minimum 1-2 years' experience with pharmacy 340B or progressive hospital/healthcare auditing preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, ability to learn technical systems, and excellent communication skills.• Knowledge of healthcare systems, pharmacy workflows, and previous auditing experience is preferred.
