CDM Smith is looking for an Architecture Co-Op or Intern to join our team!
You'll be working with a dynamic team of industry leading architects on a diverse portfolio of public, federal, and industrial projects.

CDM Smiths architectural experience encompasses an array of services, including: building space programming, code compliance research, sustainability/green building design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, building commissioning, value engineering and virtual design and construction.
Projects include new construction, building additions, alterations, interior space planning and fit-out, and remodels.

Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Masters in Architecture required.

CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as CDM Smith) reserves the right to require background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc.

In addition, CDM Smith may conduct drug testing for designated positions.
