Baker Assistant

Crave Sweets in Arlington, TN is looking for a Bakery assistant to join our team. We are open Monday through Saturday 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. The bakery assistants main job is guest relations. Assistant will work customer service and assist guests with purchasing items, placing custom cake orders, making phone calls, checking emails and calling for payments. Our bakery assistant will also be trained on wedding cake consults and accounts. Pay depends on experience and interview process. Responsibilities guest relations taking payments via phone phone calls light baking/prep closing the store cleaning Pulling orders from emails and collecting payments Pulling orders from social media messages and collecting payments Qualifications flexible schedule excellent customer service skills basic baking knowledge or interest would be a plus!
