• Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales and labor targets• Maintains vendor relationships and submits paperwork• Resolves team concerns in absence of Team Leader• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and mutual respect• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers• Selects, trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members• Provides performance evaluations• Communicates and models company vision and goals
