£12.50 per hour Hours as and when required Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Bank Customer Supporter at our Retirement Communities service at St Bartholomews Court, Rye.
At Sanctuary Supported Living, we specialise in delivering a wide range of personalised housing, care, and support services to help people across England to live as independently as possible. We're a national organisation, but we're not-for-profit and we think locally by putting our customers at the heart of what we do.
The role of Bank Customer Supporter will include: Providing front of house reception dutiesDeveloping innovative and varied individual and group activitiesPromoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potentialAssisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider communityWorking with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintainedSkills and experiences: Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activitiesPrevious experience working with a similar customer group is desirableGood interpersonal and customer care skillsExperience with working to deadlines and prioritising workloadsBasic Microsoft Word and Excel skillsNVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towardsLiteracy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and MathsAre you ready to be your best?
