Bankruptcy Paralegal

Reputable law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy is looking to hire an experienced bankruptcy paralegal. This is a hybrid position that will allow you the flexibility and opportunity to balance professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with bankruptcy law matters.Prepare and file bankruptcy documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings.Coordinate with courts, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure compliance.Draft correspondence.Conduct research on bankruptcy laws and regulations in Connecticut.Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.Provide client support by answering questions and addressing concerns related to the bankruptcy processes. Qualifications:
2- 3 years of experience as a paralegal in bankruptcy law.Familiarity with Connecticut bankruptcy laws and court procedures.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
