Bankruptcy Paralegal

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our client in Wilmington, DE! The paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of bankruptcy litigation, from document preparation to electronic filing, while managing case files and deadlines.
This permanent opportunity offers $70,000-$90,000/year based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing, summarizing, and preparing documents for litigation.

Draft and file court documents electronically through CM/ECF.

Manage case files, monitor deadlines, and update attorney calendars.

Organize and track exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Perform administrative tasks to ensure team efficiency.Qualifications: 2-5 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience (Delaware preferred).

Associate's degree or paralegal certificate (Bachelor's preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Availability for overtime when needed.
