We are specifically looking to hire a full-time banquet chef to join our catering, bakery and special events team starting anytime between now and June 1, 2024. We're looking for someone who is interested in growing along with our company. We are a family-owned and operated business who has been in operation for 25+ years, and currently manages two boutique hotels with a private club, breakfast kitchen, production bakery and full-service wedding facility doing over 110 private events per year between them. We come from a restaurant background, and pride ourselves on taking restaurant-quality food service to the hospitality and event spaces.
Qualified individuals will have experience in food service along with a demonstrated passion for food. Ideal candidates must be good team players, laid back, excited about different cuisines and flavors, and interested in being part of something special. We're in the process of revamping our menu, with an increased focus on locally-sourced products, and plant-forward production.
