Banquet Server $4.69 + Gratuity

To serve food and beverages at banquet functions in a timely manner and in an environment of teamwork.


Duties are as follows but not limited to:


Thoroughly review BEO and all details of the event Set food and beverage buffets and tables as specified on BEO Serve food and beverage to the tables or on a buffet, clear buffet and tables Responds to last minute changes or special requests that may occur during event Work effectively with the kitchen staff and banquet team to ensure that events are successful Perform set up and serve beverages as needed for bars and beverage stations Perform side work and other duties as assigned Post checks and ring in orders Superior wait staff service skills.
Position requires reading, writing and effective communication with departments and team.
Completely understands the Kimpton meeting and banquet presentation standards.
Basic understanding of POS system.
Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Kimpton Culture.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and experience required but not limited to a minimum of one year as a server.
High school diploma or general education degree GED
