Banquet Server

Job Summary

The Banquet Server is responsible for assisting with the setup, breakdown, and overall service during banquet events.


This role primarily involves back-end duties such as dishwashing, beverage preparation, and post-event cleanup, while ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.


Key Responsibilities Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
Perform back-end duties, including dishwashing and coffee/beverage preparation.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
Relay food and beverage orders and accommodate special requests.
Anticipate guest needs to provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate important information regarding orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate staff.
Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure a professional appearance and mannerisms at all times.
