Destination Hospitality Restaurant Group in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for one bar manager to join our team.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.The Bar Manager oversees all aspects of the bar and lounge including food and drink service.

Responsibilities
• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, Liquor and beer ordering, cleanliness and safety• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
Requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Knowledge of bar equipment used• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area• Experience in a bar position preferred
