Shift hours scheduled between 3:00pm and 2:00amEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Follow safe food service protocols in accordance with Health Department standardsDeliver inventory and supplies to the bar areaRemove used glasses, bottles, dishes, and tablewareMaintain cleanliness and organization in the bar areaAssist bartenders with any tasks as neededRestock bar supplies as neededFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresProvide excellent customer service to guestsMinimum Qualifications CA ABC Responsible Beverage Server certificationCA Food Handler certificationPhysical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.
