Pink House Alchemy in Fayetteville, AR is looking for friendly, hard-working and fun individuals to join our team as a lead barista. This position is part-time, with opportunity for growth within the company. Weekend availability is a must. Pink House Alchemy is a local, farm-to-bottle simple syrup company with a strong following throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond. A great deal of our notoriety stems from the pride we take in our products as well as our incredible staff. We hope that YOU will join us in bringing sugar to the people! We are located on 928 N College.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, upbeat, ambitious, highly organized, and reliable. Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience in service, speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality; serve as the face and voice of Pink House to customers in the cafe. Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs • Ability to retain specific knowledge of our current retail products and coffee/food menu, while exhibiting confidence and clarity when communicating product information.
You will be a steward of Pink House Alchemy products ( we will train you! ) Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications
One year of previous restaurant/hospitality and previous shift supervisory experience is required. High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable to achieve goals and uphold commitments. • Demonstrates an enthusiastic desire to work with coffee and creative, forward thinking, drinks using Pink House products.
• Capable of executing multiple tasks at once
• Capable of remaining composed under stress
• Positive and creates a good vibe
