Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center is currently seeking experienced candidates for our Bartender position!Bartenders may work in the Icebreaker lounge or Banquet events. Rate of pay for Lounge is $9.25/hour plus tips and $10.10/hour plus tips for Banquet events. Bartenders with tips average $15.00 - $20.00/hour.Lounge currently opens at 2pm (Monday - Friday) and 12pm (Saturday & Sunday) with the closing time being at minimum 10pm, but may be later depending on business levels. Opening hours will adjust after Labor Day.Responsibilities:Greet guests in a timely manner as they enter the Icebreaker lounge or approach the banquet barPrepare drinks as ordered per company specificationsTake payment for orders placedBartenders working in the Icebreaker lounge are also responsible for guests at the bar and tables including taking/serving drink and food orders.Ensure the bar is clean and stocked at all timesQualifications:Must be 21 or olderPrevious bartending and serving experience preferredKnowledgeable of mixed drink recipes, wines and other alcoholic beveragesAlcohol service training preferred, but will trainSummertime shift availability from 11:30am - closing (depends on business, but most nights will be midnight or later).Weekends & Holidays requiredBenefits* PTOHoliday Pay (including your birthday)Food, Room & Retail DiscountsCompetitive Pay401(k) Retirement Savings PlanOngoing Training and Career DevelopmentAbout Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
